• GTM Scorecard: your first name, work email, company, role, optional website, and your answers and score. You provide this to unlock and receive your readout.
• Booking a call: booking is handled by Cal.com; any details you enter there are processed under Cal.com's privacy policy.
• Analytics: we may collect anonymised usage data (pages viewed, source) to understand what's working.

• To send you your Scorecard readout and respond to enquiries.
• To send occasional go-to-market insights, where you've consented. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve the website and our services.

Our lawful basis is your consent, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business.

We use a small number of trusted processors to run this site: Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), and Cal.com (scheduling). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not sell your data.

We keep enquiry and Scorecard data for as long as needed to follow up and for our legitimate business records, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Under UK GDPR you can access, correct, delete or port your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email dean@encub8.ai. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
